Great product, but the delivery experience was disappointing. There were significant delays, and communication throughout the process was poor, with little to no updates provided. In today's market, customers reasonably expect delivery to be both prompt and reliable, and unfortunately this experience fell well short of that standard. That said, the quality of the product itself was excellent, which is why I have since placed another order. However, I have done so with much lower expectations.
