I was a little worried since I had never heard of you and didn't know anyone who had ordered from you before, but communication was good and that eased my mind. The only glitch was when I was expecting them on a particular day, got a notice that they were out for delivery that morning and then got a notice that night saying there was a "delivery exception" and I should call them IN CHINA!
