Youβve delivered damaged products to me where the plating already off. I asked for a return well within the timeframe mentioned and got no response, after which your team said they never got the request. Now theyβve refused to accept the return. Iβve been trying to reach out to customer care and after 1 response saying you will not do anything I havenβt even received so much as an apology, let alone a speedy exchange or offer of return. Quite pathetic since your USP is the plating lol.
