Overall I have a wonderful experience with PALMONAS. Need to improve on the packaging side of the product and especially delivering the warranty certificate with each of the products. In my very first order I didn't receive any of the certificates with any of the products, but in the second order, I received the certificate. Maybe your packaging team forgot to send the warranty certificate with my products.
