Take the money but send the items late.

I think it took around or at least 2 months to recieve my order and all 4 key caps that I bought have broken/separated from the plastic required to actually be able to use them. This happened to all of them within the first 2-3 days of trying to use them. 2 caps were used on my esc key which being an esc key is used single digit times per day and the other 2 were on the 2 clickers that I bought which were definitely not used very much before falling apart.

Purchase was easy, though shipping for my first purchase was off - they didn't print a shipping label until 30 days later, and tracking information didn't update until 14 days after that.

Shipping seemed a little later than I was expecting. Was expecting it to ship in April but it wasn’t shipped until may.

Shopping experience was good. Just pricing was a bit expensive but I was willing to pay as it was rechargeable and thought it’d last a long time.

The waiting time of approx. 4 months was a bit long. But it was worth it!

Terrible experience. AI generated answers to all my emails. No care at all for any questions I had. Said my order was a pre-order even though it wasn't and waited over a month for anything to ship, with no explanation as to why.

Great product! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely worst experience. Had to file a charge back in order for them to send a replacement. UPS shows that the item was never in their possession but Duckey’s claims that it was. How is that my responsibility as a consumer to chase them down? Figure it out with UPS and send me a replacement.

Was very excited to receive, long wait to get them. Customer service was quick with initial response but then lacked in getting back with any answer on the delays.
