Took a long time to be delivered but worth the wait

Poor communication, SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW to ship out.

Shipping was very very long

Horrible customer service experience. Ordered and wasn't made fully aware item was apparently a pre order. Waited months to get my order, which was delayed several times. Got confirmation order was shipped out, but my item was never actually sent out. Took a month of spamming their Facebook and email to get a response to have them ACTUALLY send the product out to me. They were much more concerned with flooding their social media with goofy videos, and replying to my Facebook messages with reques

Was disappointed by the time it took to send it out - and the lack of communication about it. ordered on march 31st, received spam about new articles frequently but my order was only sent out on "may 12th" - which is when you created the label. but tracking showed that the actual shipping started on may 16th. => waited ~46 days until you sent out the package - with no information why there was a delay. This was originally intended as a birthday present ~3 weeks after I ordered

Had some concerns with my order but customer service was amazing.

The product is good, but the shipping was insanity, and i think it should never take months to just ship something out. Its a tad crazy.

Company doesn’t fulfill orders and strings you along for months, then the moment you make a BBB claim all of a sudden their “preorder” (which it doesn’t say during the order, just after you place it) magically gets done after sitting on their hands for months. Shady company. Good luck with ordering from them.
