Took a month + of emails before I finally was sent a replacement for the package that USPS never received. The package arrived missing 2 of the 5 items I ordered. Emailed customer service and was told they needed a picture of the items I received, but I didn’t have them anymore since these were gifts so I just gave up. Neat concept, unfortunately I got unlucky with the shipping dept/customer service experience.
