Firstly I actually love the product! (space dust matcha) and have already brought 4 more bags. It’s the service that was disappointing.
The frother didn’t work just locked in the on position.
The “sexy spoon” was nothing like pictured it’s just a normal silver spoon.
The samples in the order picture were never sent.
I haven’t used the sweetener.
I did want to leave the subscription live but the price is just unreasonable, I managed to buy more bags from Holland and Barrats for a fraction of
