Customer service was very efficient by email when I was trying to amend my regular order. I'm going to see if i can pause my monthly subscription as I have a small backlog. But I don't want to have to restart a subscription later to benefit from a better price and be sent free goodies like cup and stirrer that I don't need.

the fact that one has to pay for returns is definitely a deterrent from purchasing unknown flavors. Would love to try more of these products but the fact that you commit to an entire expensive full size bag is a drawback.
