I did not enjoy my experience with Sexy Modest. Exchanges are made difficult by not allowing you to get replacement items until they have received all items you are returning. Quality is just average - I expected better materials for the price.

I was not aware of the return policy. I ordered multiple sizes/colors not knowing I couldn’t get a refund.

I don't think I would purchase anything again. I like to get my money back when I buy something and have an issue with the product.

Yeah, open it right away. Try it on that day. Don’t allow yourself anytime to make a decision. Don’t waste any time make your decision right away whether or not you wanna keep it if you out, though the 72 hour time period you can no longer return it. I don’t like that. I’d like to try it on, look at myself, then decide, then ask opinions, it may take me about five days, but you cannot do this with this company so you better be on it

Super! Had to do an exchange and after figuring out what to do it was easy peasy.

Customer service was not helpful and never replied to my emails.

I feel like the fb ad got me after a glass of wine. impulse buy and I regret it.

Once you purchase you're locked in; no refunds only exchanges; and can't use your already paid money for shipping back and forth. Will never purchase again.

I love the concept of your business and the concept of this 3 piece set. Hoping I can fit into it better after losing a few pounds.

Chat site was very helpful to use and she answered all my questions. SMB kept me informed on the shipment and when it would arrive.

I ordered 4 outfits, all medium. All 4 fit different. One was not a medium, it was an extra small. The other one was a medium, but the pants were way too short. The other two (black and navy) were the only ones I could wear that fit, and I love them, just wish the others were made like the navy, that one was perfect. I gave the other two away, but wish I had returned them for a refund instead, but it is what it is. I would order another but unsure of the inconsistencies, and not wanting the hassles
