Dislike that you only do credit, no refunds. I have been trying for a year to use the credit of my returns. But clothing is not going to do it. Your large is not a true large and you never have XL available in the clothes I might try!! I should have $147.00 in credit and I would rather just get my money back. I have not posted any of this on social media. I’m still hoping we could resolve this.

My daughter would be like a 2XL and I understand you do not make anything in that size. I have about 20 pieces and I’ve got another 10 coming in. I’m curious to know why you don’t make this an extra large or larger.

Purchased 3 outfits, received great but the pants were different length, 2 of which were alot shorter then presented in the pictures.

As far as the original three part outfit, I absolutely love it. I am sold. The size medium fit just perfect and I’m looking forward to wearing it on my trip this summer. I’m going with a carry-on only so this is exactly what I need.

Figure out your return policy. It’s not good and is a decades old way of thinking in a world where people can’t jump to return something in 2 weeks, especially those who travel. Then, figure out your customer service since your awful policy prompts inquiries….youre only going to give me half my money back? Stupid. Oh, I get a store credit even though sizes don’t fit? Another stupid offer. Clown show.

Your sizes are all over the board. I ordered identical 3 piece bundles in two sizes and different colors. The size L pants are the same around the waist as the M; and the size M pants in dark olive are 1-2” longer than the size L pants in dark brown. I think the brown pants were mislabeled. Your colors are fabulous, and it’s the main reason I’m keeping some items. In general, the fabric needs to be thicker for the items to flatter. I can send a photo comparison of the two sizes

This product is so heavy! Like how in the world is this for people who travel. I was not expecting to feel like I have 10 pounds of clothes in one outfit! It should feel like 1 outfit, right! Too heavy and also clingy to the body, how is this flattering to anyone... I dunno what to do with them because I thought if I washed them they would be better and now they are the same and I have to keep them and I guess maybe pyjamas but I also want to look cute in jammies. Definitely NOT for travel. No o

This is my first time ordering from you and I wish the experience is better. Also, in addition the material is supposed to be anti-wrinkle and instead all three outfits were so wrinkled. I had to steam them in order to get them out.

One of my items was not shipped and never received. Customer service was great and the item missing was quickly sent. They were very easy to work with and I appreciated the quick delivery.
