Terrible experience with this company. I saw this candle at my aesthetician's office and thought it was lovely so I purchased one for myself. It came so beautifully presented that I bought (3) more as gifts to my executive staff. To much surprise, I received (3) of each item (that was in my beautiful box) simply wrapped in tissue and thrown in a box all together with no instructions. When I contacted the company I was told I should've read the small print under their FAQ's and that it stated my order may come that way (or it may not). Terrible customer service! This left me scrambling to find gifts that presented well. So unfortunate. I am a small business owner myself and would never handle a customer the way Everlasting dealt with my concern regarding my order. They simply didn't care at all. Now, in order to get my money back, I have to pay for the return shipping myself as well as track the order until it is delivered and then (per their instructions), I must let them know they received my order back before they will issue me a refund. Not impressed with this company at all. Buyers beware!
