I contacted customer service explaining I bought three sets as gifts and they came shabbily packaged (as opposed to the 50+ times I've purchased sets on my personal and business accounts, which EVERY time, barring none, they came in a beautiful box. The customer service person I spoke with could not have cared less. So, I'm in the process of returning which is an antiquated and difficult process. Not a happy customer or a customer at all going forward.
