I’m reaching out regarding the roses I ordered for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the condition they arrived in. Many of the roses had visibly browned, dried, and damaged petals upon arrival, with several petals appearing wilted or bruised rather than fresh.
I ordered these specifically as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, so it was upsetting to receive flowers that already looked past their prime.

I recently ordered flowers from Lex&Roses for my wife for Mother’s Day, and unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the arrangement that was delivered around 11:00 AM yesterday.
Upon arrival, several of the flowers already appeared damaged, with blackened edges and visible signs of wilting and withering. This is far below the level of quality I expected, especially given that this was my first time ordering from Lex&Roses for such an important occasion.

I am extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement I received for my daughter’s graduation. I specifically ordered a white and blue bouquet, but the arrangement delivered was completely different from what I selected.
In addition, the flowers did not appear fresh, which made the bouquet look poorly prepared for such an important occasion. The message card was also not written as requested, which added to the frustration and disappointment.
