I ordered 50 roses "PURPLE TONE" and requested for 25 of the roses to be RED - I spent 15-20 mins on the line with your rep who insured I would be very happy with my purchase. And when it was received it looked nothing like it is pictured online and I did NOT receive any RED roses. I spent close to $300 to NOT get what I paid for. Very disappointing- I will make sure to leave a customer review.

They were kind when I visited the store. The only thing I would prefer is more information on the pickup process to be listed and delivery. I was unsure about delivery for example if you have to sign or could they just leave it at your door. And for pickup I had to call customer service because it still showed unfulfilled although it was ready and I would’ve liked to had pickup when they open. But it doesn’t stop me from purchasing again. I’m glad that we have one fairly local.
