I recently ordered flowers from Lex&Roses for my wife for Mother’s Day, and unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the arrangement that was delivered around 11:00 AM yesterday.
Upon arrival, several of the flowers already appeared damaged, with blackened edges and visible signs of wilting and withering. This is far below the level of quality I expected, especially given that this was my first time ordering from Lex&Roses for such an important occasion.

I am extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement I received for my daughter’s graduation. I specifically ordered a white and blue bouquet, but the arrangement delivered was completely different from what I selected.
In addition, the flowers did not appear fresh, which made the bouquet look poorly prepared for such an important occasion. The message card was also not written as requested, which added to the frustration and disappointment.

I ordered 50 roses "PURPLE TONE" and requested for 25 of the roses to be RED - I spent 15-20 mins on the line with your rep who insured I would be very happy with my purchase. And when it was received it looked nothing like it is pictured online and I did NOT receive any RED roses. I spent close to $300 to NOT get what I paid for.
