Fantastic experience.

Excellent turnaround on order/great service - they carry some unique accessories that are not readily available in Canada. Especially if you do not live in a major center. They are one of my go to's if I want something different.

Shopping was great. People were great. Had to go in twice for rear derailleur adjustment on the Montreal Bassi Randonneur bought in May 2026. Very good bike, great ride but I'm afraid that the derailleur will be it's weak spot. Still shifts erratically.

Love their selection and shipping is quick. They alway reply to emails for any bike questions you have , excellent bunch of people !

Decently friendly bike shop with lots of fun practical and special bikes and accessories. I have had lots of work done on my bikes here from tune ups to replacing components. I once had something come loose after an installation and it was rapidly fixed after I noticed. Sometimes I wish there were more cheap-o options for racks, etc, but there’s plenty of cheap run-of-the mill stuff elsewhere. C&L is great for building up a bike that you will love forever.
