Poor customer service. Missing items. Dismissive responses. Doesn’t care about their customers. This is very evident. I give one star only because I have to. I’d give half if I could since I only received half of my items and they will not send me the rest. I will tell every planner and stationary group I am in to avoid this business. Have been waiting a month for them to fix my order. Never felt so unvalued as a customer. Ever.
