Customer service is horrible. They sent me a product with missing part. I live in the US, I emailed and asked for return and refund. The company gave me the address in Hong Kong and trying to ask me to pay for return shipping. The item is defective. Just horrible. I am filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Don’t waste your time and money. The products are not as good as they look for quality.
