Customer service is fantastic, have a realistic expectation that a premium product is going to take some time to be delivered and delivered. Can’t thank the team enough. Life long supporter here.

Took WAY too long to receive my order. The communication could have been so much better. I had to follow up on my order three or four times and finally cancelled a portion of the order because it was taking so long.

Horrible customer service and company. Canceled an order, they still shipped it out 4 days after I canceled it. Never got my product so was unable to return it and get my money back. Unfriendly unorganized and uncooperative from start to finish.

Easy-peezy with great follow up and even a nice handwritten note and some stickers for the kids' water bottles.

Easy, shipping did take months. I ordered in July and got it mid november. For Mag pins and a shirt. It fine since it's not needed. Expectations of a smaller company.

Expect double to triple the build time + very low proactive outreach for updates. Requests for updates have taken 1-2 weeks for followup. Shipping / packing was excellent, though.

Way too long waiting period for delivery of equipment. Don’t sell anything that you don’t have on hand. Customers shouldn’t have to tie up their money for months and months while waiting around for you make the item. Build it first yourself and then sell what you have. To do over it’s not worth the hassle and wait.

Parts arrived missing and damaged. I was told by customer support that I could just arrange it so the damage is not facing the front and use some paint to cover the parts that were gouged.

Ordering was easy.

Shopping experience was easy; however, the wait for these was extremely long even by fitness manufacturer standards (4.5 months). I had to reach out to determine what had happened to my order--I think proactive updates to customers on order statuses stretching longer than a month to would alleviate a lot of the uncertainty in the buying process.

Items arrived faster than expected for an international order. Delivered from U.S.A to Canada before tariffs kicked in, which was greatly appreciated. Response times for emails were very quick.
