You sent the wrong item for my daughter’s Xmas gift. Very disappointed,
was told we had to return it, no goodwill gesture offering that we keep it and enjoy it on Xmas day. Surprised, I asked if you could at least send the correct item urgently, so at least she’d receive her main present that she’d been so excited about in time for New Year, but I was told that, no, you would need to check that it had not been used. She didn’t receive her Xmas gift until well into the New Year. Yes, you saved yourself literally a couple of ££, but have shown your utter lack of care
