I love that I’m supporting a British business that is clearly offering high quality products. While the packaging and unboxing experience is beautiful, it did kind of seem like overkill. I don’t really need key chains on my lip glosses and they are particularly awkward on the scrub and overnight mask pots. Maybe an option to detach them more easily or select or de-select at checkout might be worth considering. Otherwise, service and delivery were excellent. Thank you.
