Slow to respond. Blamed the mail carrier when the product wasn’t even shipped. Gave me incorrect shipping tracking number. Product came 2 weeks after promised Only when I demanded a refund did someone tell me there was an issue with production and fulfillment. Terrible experience for something that had such potential.

My experience getting the product did not meet expectations. The shipping was extremely late. Then when I reached out to find out where my package was, the support team was less than helpful. I got it two weeks past when I was supposed to and the product is now stuck in a rolled up position. Worst of all, there is no way the company tried to make things better with the order.
