Once I approved the design, it took several days for them to communicate back to me that the order was being produced and it would be on its way. Then shipping got delayed 4-5 days so it did not make it in time for Mother’s Day as I planned; not sure if that was on Capri Studios or not.

We placed an order from a promotion that you ran indicating that we would receive it in time for Mother’s Day. It arrived four days after Mother’s Day, and the process of getting answers from the website was difficult. We even tried social media to talk with somebody because we did not believe it wasmoving along and after receiving tracking there were several days of no movement. After arriving four days after the holiday, we received the print and the frame, but it was not centered
