Submitted a request for product quality and was asked to open all cans to verify quality so they could replace or refund. After opening all cans(15 in total only five were soft and fresh) I was then offered a $10 off my next purchase. I wasted over $50 and I won’t buy again based off my experience. I’ve been using Velo for a while and decided to try ALP based off the advertising but I guess I was scammed. Lessons learned and I will spread my opinion to others.

I had a problem with my order because the 5 cans of sweet nectar I ordered was dried out unlike the websites description. I contacted support and Beth told me that was normal and get over it. Id have believed that but the first can I tried was sweet nectar and it was moist. I contacted again and Beth eventually gave me a refund for those 5 cans. Now Im kinda scared to try different flavors in case they show up dry and stale. I may just stick with refreshing chill.
