It was extremely poor I do not recommend anyone shop with them. When I purchased the earings it claimed had them in stock but they did not and ordered them from overseas. Because of this they ordered them from overseas. Because of this I had to wait weeks and weeks for the item I paid for and I did not get it in time for the event I purchased it for. When I contacted there customer service team they refused to help and gave vague non answers.I have loged a case with consumer affairs against them

Terrible customer service. They sent me an item which was defective, confirmed this when I sent supporting photos back, then claimed they needed 2-weeks to before processing my refund even though the item had already arrived back at their facility and been deemed defective. Stopped replying to my messages so I had to make a charge-back with my bank. Pathetic business practices.
