Shipping times were inaccurate. I was advised it had shipped, when it hadn’t. Said they were out of stock when I contacted them. It arrived after the birthday I had ordered it for. Was told I would be receiving a $100 free gift for the delay. The parcel arrived and there was no free gift. Contacted them again to question it, and was told they would ship it ASAP. I received it, and while it was a nice $69 necklace, it’s not the $100 they said it was going to be.

Paid extra to ship quick, received wrong item, was told they would reship, they didn’t so I chased up. They then asked for item back first but didn’t provide anything to ship back so I’m already $20 out of pocket for wrong item. Then they just ignored my messages. Bad experience, bad customer service, will continue to share and never shop again. Same items available from legit good companies.
