More expensive than other brands, took a LONG time to receive product in mail. Not many choices is style of socks beside the designs on the side of sock. Would like the grips to extend OVER the heel, as in pilates we frequently do exercise with our HEELS on the reformer or chair, not just the bottom of our feet.

Customer service was incredibly rude when I reached out about my order taking so long to arrive. Your company also lies about being able to track the order. You can only do that once it arrives at a USPS location in the US and that could be whenever. Customer service definitely couldn't tell me when. I just had to hope that these incredibly expensive socks would actually arrive. Not worth the headache

So happy someone recommended these and they are incredible. Happy with my purchase, would just like more of a selection of the ballet sock with straps that aren't lace. I'm spoiled with Amazon as these took a bit longer to receive -- but worth the wait!
