Your UI makes it difficult to tell that one is actually a member. I logged in to purposefully check what my status was. Whilst logged in, there were links goading me into signing up, which one would logically then be led to believe that they are, in fact, not a member. Lo and behold, you happily took a payment from my credit card two days later, even though you made it appear to me that I wasn't already a member.
