The brand itself has always been beautiful, very comfortable and affordable. One of their heart shaped patches bled all over the fabric and they immediately replaced the item within two weeks stating it was not environmentally, friendly or cost-effective to return the damaged pants. They will now not exchange a pair of pants the pleat sewn is way off. I am out $60 plus shipping after 4 emails and someone decided a $20 store credit and My paying to return was a fair resolution; pants unwearable.
