Overall my general experience has been great. My only complaint is that they frequently write me that my ordered item is not in stock? This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, especially when it's something you really love and were sooooooooo excited to get only to get the much dreaded "I'm sorry these are out of stock"email! This truly is my one and really only complaint. I think they need to greatly improve this problem from occurring as it's happened to me at least 5 times already! Still give 5 stars!
