I reached out about return policy because I thought the size was going to be too small. Heard back the same day and was given 4 options. I didn’t need to return my purchase but if I ever need to, I’m aware of the options. Thank you.

I did not rec'd my order. Because the address was Lancaster CA instead of Chapel Hill, NC, the delivery driver should have returned it to Aelfric Eden. Instead, my pkg was delivered to some unknown location. I rec'd no resolution from Aelfric, Seel, or SwiftX

My order was lost and I was never contacted. I had to reach out after weeks of waiting. AE support offered to ship me a new item, but said they could not fulfill the 3-5 Business Day delivery advertised on the product page (false advertising). They said they cannot offer 3-5 business days ever. Not sure why they lie and say they can. Their response time was terrible so I submitted a complaint to PayPal and then AE processed my refund. I was so excited for these jeans. I won’t be shopping AE.
