The item itself is great, but I’m quite dissatisfied with your shipping partner, LBC. I didn’t receive any updates from them, nor did anyone contact me regarding the delivery. I only found out about the package when I personally visited their warehouse, where I learned it was about to be sent back to Manila due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Poor problem resolution. Making me believe that they replaced the item that i just returned, well in fact they just simply returned the same item back to me. Such a waste of time, money, and effort.
