Women's size 8 fits me perfectly! I originally ordered a size 9 based on the cm measurement (my foot length is at almost 25cm), but sizing down gave me the ideal fit. The straps are a bit tight at first use but once I have broken them in for a day or so, they feel secure without being too tight. My feet sit comfortably on the footbed with excellent arch support.
