The local delivery company lost my order at their depot TWICE and didn’t even contact me to say it wasn’t being delivered after sending me a delivery slot. The wonderful Sam at Haybox sorted it all out and sent replacements (again, twice) for the missing orders, keeping me in touch and informed throughout.
