Over all I'm very pleased. I did think it took awhile to get the product but I wasn't in a hurry. I wouldn't mind if the balm was just a teeny bit creamier but I'm very pleased with it since it's the only one I've ever tried that doesn't worsen the condition of my lips and feels good.
