My original order was shipped to a random address that wasn't mine, and when I initially contacted customer service to have it redirected or called back and reshipped I was told that was not possible. It took another time to say I also work in the Direct to Consumer industry, and that it's not true that nothing could be done, within minutes of placing the order and seeing it was going to some random location. Only then did someone step in, call the original order back and reshipping.
