Had to wait 3 months for the sissy bar to be back in stock. When it arrived damaged I was offered a 20% refund or the option to return. It was out of stock and I didn't want to wait another 3 months so I took the refund. However, between the cost of the touch up paint and the hardware I had to replace, it cost me more than the refund.
