My experience with my Vilitan V3 e-bike I must share with you has been a great experience. I had my e-bike for a few years now in which I had ordered from Amazon. I have road my bike on the streets of NEW YORK CITY and as anyone knowing those streets can sometimes be worst then riding on trails in which I have done also. I would like to also mention during a snow storm in NYC my vehicle was snowed in and I had to go to work I used my V3 e-bike that day without any problems going and returning.

The bike arrived with a damaged frame paint. The company said oh, we can send touch up paint and a cheap ass lock as compensation? A 1800$ bike should have perfect paint. After 60 miles, the fork is leaking and terribly noisy, clunking loud over every bump. The company couldn't care less and refuses to do anything to rectify the situation. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card
