Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase. The scooter arrived quickly, and customer support responded promptly to my emails. The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I received a tracking number which I believed belonged to the scooter. When the package arrived, it turned out to be an envelope containing a green headband instead. I was worried something had gone wrong, but the scooter arrived later the same day. The gift was appreciated, but the delivery was confusing.
