You guys were great, apart from the misleading text on the order acknowledgement email. It stated that the socks would be shipped in 2-4 days. It didn't allow for the fact that you needed to have a new batch delivered to you, and the socks that I thought would be delivered for Thanksgiving weren't delivered until just before Christmas. I did get a prompt email when I enquired about the delay, though.
