Everything about this process was ridiculous. We ordered socks. Waited six weeks to get them. One pair was incorrect.
After multiple emails back-and-forth with photographs to prove what I was telling them, they said I could send back the wrong pair at my expense and they would send new ones
I said that that is ridiculous. I am not paying to send back the incorrect socks. They gave me a prepaid label and said I needed to send them back before the proper ones were sent - I paid for the packaging
