Paid extra to rush the design and delivery. Made a bad decision to accept the design due to the timing, which I'm regretting b/c it didn't capture the moment and arrived a month late. While the art is cool, you weren't upfront about timing, even when I paid extra, it was still late, poor customer service. If I had my choice, I would have the design redone, but I'm not gonna pay more for that now.
