As I mentioned in my review of the chair, my only real issue was with the shopping experience, not the product itself. The Shopify store feels very basic, and the tracking setup feels somewhat makeshift. The Track17 tracking page in particular looks poorly designed and is not very user friendly. You have to actively look for proper tracking information instead of it being clearly integrated. It works, but the overall experience feels unpolished. reach out to me if you want more feedback / help.
