Chair comfortable and looks nice. I miss a litle bit custom lock position... There is only 3 chair back lock positions its ok for me, but not for my wife and can't lock custom comfort position. The armrests could be adjusted more firmly, because sometimes the armrest shifts or tilts when you lean on it, and there is no way to lock the length and angle. The chair was easy to assemble since I followed the video instructions. The lumbar support is fantastic, but the armrests slide too easily from side to side (not up and down, which is fine). The neck support is also practical, although it doesn't provide as much support as it should. Overall, I think it's a good chair, but it could be improved in the areas I've mentioned.
