Happy with the product but the lack of transparency around when the product will arrive was not optimal.

They advertised it would be in time for the holiday, it was not. It also said I could write a message in the package, and there was no where to do so. Customer care was helpful though.

I purchased two bracelets for my husband and son for Father’s Day. They arrived as promised and very impressed with the overall quality. One of the bracelets weren’t engraved correctly with the approved layout of the names. They were prompt to correct the error. This was greatly appreciated with communication throughout the process. I will definitely order again from this company!
