Was good, but when I opted to pay more for five day shipping, thought that meant from the time I ordered it, not from the time it shipped. It was late, but it was exceptional

Shopping experience was very easy and helpful. Was nice that I could view what it may look like with names on it. Upset with shipping I paid for 2 day to make sure it got here early before Father’s Day but didn’t receive it till after Fathers Day. Wait time was a week to receive it
