Love their customer service. We ordered online games last year for Christmas which my grandchildren cannot play and I contacted them this Christmas and they changed it for me and we loved how they got back to us so quickly and the Way they exchanged the online for the board games for us. Thank you

Beim Kauf ist nicht klar, dass man keine Box bekommt..

Alles digital runterzuladen war nicht gut, andere Spiele gibt es auch mit Vorlagen. Viel zu viel Farbe die wir verschwenden mussten.

Das ganze Set ist kompliziert zu bestellen, es ist nicht klar, was in welcher Erweiterung ist und dass es am Ende nur noch in english ist und zum Beispiel die Gerüchte fehlten, war auch nicht hilfreich. Die Aufmachung ist eher schlicht.

It was a total failure. Some of the sheets didnt print and it threw the whole event off. The guests didnt have the sheets to read 'if guilty " or if "innocent "... cool theme though

Have purchased other kits where more information about gameplay was available on the site. Would’ve been nice to let people know about their character head of time.

I made a mistake when I ordered an online version only - this was rectified really quickly when i asked to reverse the order and have a physical copy instead. So, shopping experience was pretty spot-on to be fair. Zero complaints,

I originally purchased the downloaded version. It was a lot of printing. So, I went back to purchase the shipped version that is nicely coordinated into booklets of scripts, along with the invitations.

I purchased the game then had a question, the response was very quick very clear and the promise of more help should it be needed. Really nice experience to get a human response and prompt answers these days.

habe ich ebe gesagt. sollte stark überarbeitet werden das spielkonzept. null spannung dadurch. klar, man kann es dafurch öfter spielen - aber macht man ja normalerweise nicht! dann lieber nur einmalig möglich, mörder ist festgelegt und man kann so selbst spielen und interpretieren und schauspielern!
