Old School (Clothing) – Beware or Be Disappointed
I placed and paid for an order of Christmas gifts on 26 November, allowing more than enough time for delivery before Christmas. On Saturday, 13 December, I received only half of my order.
I immediately contacted Old School and was told they would investigate. On Monday, 15 December, I was informed that the missing item was out of stock. No apology was offered, nor was any alternative solution suggested.
