This is very frustrating and cumbersome process, I paid for both capsule 2 DK15 top and pants on the 27th Nov and only only received the top with no explanation on the status of the pants. I emailed the support team only to be advised that somebody would look into my query and to date nothing has materialise. This items were a gift to self for Christmas.

I placed and paid for an order of Christmas gifts on 26 November, allowing more than enough time for delivery before Christmas. On Saturday, 13 December, I received only half of my order.
I immediately contacted Old School and was told they would investigate. On Monday, 15 December, I was informed that the missing item was out of stock. No apology was offered, nor was any alternative solution suggested.
