Extremely disappointed with this online service. I placed an order on 1 December after being advised of an 8–12 day delivery timeframe. The order status never changed despite multiple follow-ups. I was repeatedly told a team member would contact me, but no one did. Payment was taken upfront, yet I was only informed that an item (size 8 shoe) was out of stock on the day of delivery. I was then told to wait another 7–10 business days for a refund. Think twice before ordering online.

Old School as a company honestly has no idea what they're doing, and raising the issues via e-mail gets ignored so hopefully a review will help. On the 28/11/2025 I ordered a Springbok Crew Shirt for my Wife and the Maties jersey for myself. On 15/12/2025 I'm informed that the Springbok Crew Shirt is out of stock and they'll refund me for that but my Maties jersey will be delivered. Behold when I open the package it's the Springbok Crew Shirt which was supposedly out of stock and not the Maties
